Refund Policy

At TymelessHome, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. But if for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how our refund and return process works:

1. Eligibility for Return / Refund

  • You may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order (you can choose a different timeframe if desired — e.g. 7, 15, 30 days).

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when delivered

    • In its original packaging (tags, labels, etc.)

    • With any complimentary items (if any) included

  • Items that are customized, monogrammed, or made-to-order are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If the item you received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (i.e. not what you ordered), please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We will require photos showing the defect or damage and the packaging.

  • Once verified, we will:

    • Replace the item (at no additional cost) or

    • Issue a full refund (including original shipping fees)

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at tymelesshub@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how and where to ship the item back.

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item).

  • Use a tracked or insured shipping method, and keep the proof of shipment until your return is fully processed.

4. Refund Method & Timing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at purchase (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund amount.

  • In certain cases, we may offer store credit or exchange instead of refund (especially for returns due to “change of mind”).

5. Partial Refunds & Deductions

  • If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., damaged, missing parts, used beyond inspection), we reserve the right to make partial refunds.

  • Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, or shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the case.

6. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or during a clearance / discount promotion

  • Under-linens, pillow inserts, or bedding that has been used, washed, or soiled

7. Cancellations (Before Shipping)

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you must contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation request will be handled as a return under our standard policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in business practices or legal requirements. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were last made.
